Position: Operations Manager

Location: Bonifacio Global City

Salary: 60000 – 120000 + Benefits


1. Preferably a BSC graduate major in Accountancy / Accounting ; CPA a plus.
2. Has BPO experience in AR, Credit and Collections and data cleansing.
3. Preferably has managed a 50-member team in a BPO/Shared-service set-up.
4. Understands SLAs, metrics and governance.
5. Expert in gathering operational metrics and in the preparation of presentation decks.
6. Has done process improvements and/or projects in previous employments.
7. Strong English communication skills; Can relate with the client.
8. Strong personality; Can instill discipline to the team.
9. Very good leadership skills.
10. A hands-on manager knows the detailed processes, a mentor to subordinates on processes.
11. No problems in relating with subordinates.
12. Willing to work mid and/or night shifts.
13. Very proficient in MSExcel, MSWord and MSPower Point.
